I assume the lady has some say/control over her rate and it isn't all set by the booker. Who knows though. If the lady sets it then Breeze must think she's worth more. If the booker just thinks she's younger and prettier and can therefore charge more that's annoying.

I agree. I don't necessarily think physical attributes should determine a lady's rate. There are a lot of intangibles that make an experience better than others. I also had a much more pleasurable time with Windy than with the others I've seen so far.
