Beware of anyone asking for gift card as a form of payment, they will give you a random hotel name and location and ask you to pick up some gift cards as payment on the way. When you arrive at the hotel, they will ask you to open the gift card and send them the info on both side of the card. Using that info like any other credit card, they will use that on online purchases and payments to empty out the gift card. They will have a fake phone number that you can't call or reach them. If they ever ask for gift card over cash, it's a real red flag. Any pics they send you will always be fake, if you ask for any real pic, they'll refuse.
