We do allow that now, the ladies can post nudes just not sex acts and nothing really vulgar. we do NOT want to get a PORN rating from google it would greatly hurt the site in the search engines.

I would agree with the last several postings on this thread. This is a very Canadian website and should remain exactly as it is today. It's importance has been highlight with what has been happening south of the border over the last couple of weeks. There is a sense of respect here for all members and even though we might not agree with others opinions on various topics. It is done with a positive respect for each other. This a very Canadian way of doing things. So let's get together and make this site even better as it is very unique. I would also like to thank the Moderators for their hard work in maintaining the site...

Like most, I enjoy tasteful nudes.

Where I got an issue, is when people post videos(via links) of known providers in porn. It's fine when she's open about it and uses it at her advantage. But on a few occasions I seen cringe worthy "audition" videos that were likely never meant to be posted online. It happened here a few months ago and raised concerns as it wasn't clear if it was really a new career option or a life mistake.

Here the thread:

http://www.lyla.com/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=257758

The link to the video is no longer valid. But a clearer policy in regard to posting this kind of content would be helpful(if not already updated). Don't want to throw that member under the bus, but we could all learn from this.

Thank you.

Personally I think that sites that have forums and discussions and reviews are great however, my opinion is that SP's & advertisers should be totally separate from SP's posts and advertisements. Something like

Lyla speaks & lyla's list. And if a SP wants to join any discussions then they can link to her a ad. And if they just want to advertise and post then so be it. I feel like I am forced to join in discussions or comments when I do not want too. I feel it invades my privacy.

No one forces you to do anything here, it is better for your business to join the conversation and be personable but many just advertise and never socially comment and many socially comment and do not bother to advertise. It's free choice and community.

We do not allow negative comments either so it's a safe place for the ladies (we do get rid of ladies who are bait and switching or are bad apples so it is also not a place for bad apples to hide). We also have a BAD DATE section for the ladies (once they are verified) to socially chat with each other and help protect one another as well.

I avoided photos due to this. I'm glad to hear this because I have many tasteful nudes I wanted to share here on LYLA.

I would like to see this site get a app pleeze, hehe
There's actually an app that works with LYLA. I use it all the time when I don't feel like opening my computer and want to join the conversation.

It's called tapatalk. You can PM if you need help figuring it out!

I am brand brew to this site and so far really like the atmosphere. I side with the many who have expressed concerns for changes to a full on review board. I like the recommendation only and would definitely not bother coming here if it changes.

There's plenty of review boards reviewing Ontario. LYLA is known as a recommendation board. I really think it can go either way but I feel it will cause several more to leave, like you said.

There's so much pressure about having the perfect this or that with review boards and the popularity of slobbyists ape chest banging and anti "white horse" behaviour.

Bullying is so bad in this industry due to how much people charge, they're looks, or relationships that fall through. I've been a victim of it on both sides and if it becomes a review board, I'll have to leave to protect my mental health. Watching SWs bad mouth eachother and hobbyist having to add something even though they've never met the person. No thank you.

I know that I have a very known presence and know my worth but after going through rumours last year and an inaccurate review from a "top dog" slobbyist 2 years ago, I will have to remove myself from potential upset.

Lyla has always been my safe space. Taking that away would piss off a lot of people who view it the same. I'd rather pay for my ads on Lyla then have people be allowed to be disrespectful in the forum.

Another thing im pondering, So many SWs have been banned from LYLA due to disagreement, will they be allowed back if slobbyist ape behaviour will be allowed? Just putting it out there

I don't know what to expect when I hear review board but my extreme reaction is due to other review board patterns. Will Lyla still take note of a review being nasty? Like rating looks or service as better if she offers this or that? Will it only allow high ratings to those who offer bare services? If you've seen review boards, you'll know where th8s is coming from.

Don't want to engage with review boards. What you see, is what you get. No need for toxic reviews. I like how Lyla is now. Nothing nice to say, say nothing at all. If they're worried about funding, charge.

In my honest opinion, changing to a review board us the worst idea ever. Not only for what I stated above but for LYLA 's uniqueness. With business, you have your brand. Changing it to the main stream could potentially fuck up everything. Giving into slobbyist lifestyle after all these years if being the board that respects women... makes me want to vomit.
