Surely there is a lot of work that happens in the background that members may not be aware of. I like the approach of emphasizing positive experiences. This is A great incentive for the SP -- the fine folks who DO provide a quality, safe, and caring experience; and an important protection for the wellbeing of members . So, thank you, all.
