I think the most important factor is to have two women who are truly BI and enjoy the company of a woman as much as a man... I have found in those circumstances the sessions are more intense and the sexual energy in the room is unreal. (I was involved in one MMF session where I think I would have been happy to just watch the two ladies) In situations where it is two ladies who don't really know each other well and who are not BI in their real life a MMF can almost seem like people going through the steps.
