Agencies in general are mixed bags. Unless they employ known ladies, pictures are pointless.

   When dealing with independent providers, pictures should be real, recent or at least a good representation of that person.

   For a majority of those deceiving ads, ladies are not independent and have little to nothing to do with the way they are marketed.

 If a lady doesn't have her own website or social media profile to indicate her independence, availabilities and general information, I would simply ignore.
