Sometimes in the smaller cities, it's annoying going to some hotels because you may know someone who is working there, or see you walking out of a hotel etc. So sometimes when you need to walk through the lobby to get to an elevator can be discouraging. But, that is also expected to happen every now and then!

I ask the client if they have been to the location and give them detailed directions and/pics of the entrance of whatever Air B&B or hotel I am at.

The last time I visited a lady in a hotel the car ended up breaking down in the parking lot.  So much for not calling attention to myself.  There I was sitting in the car waiting for the tow truck wishing someone would bring me a coffee or at least a piece of cake....

Man, I think I know the layout of pretty much every hotel that is commonly used by a SP in Halifax lol.  I've had so many friends who work, that in picking them up/being there when they check in (try doing THAT and not be uncomfortable), I pretty much knew exactly where to go whenever I went to see an SP.

 

I found the safest and lest visible way is to just get the SP to meet me/let me in one of the emergency exits.  Some SP's smoke/smoke weed and tend to go outside a lot and they do not like walking through the lobby often, so, most of the time, they will know where the discrete entrances are.
