are these "verify that you're not a rapist" links all fake then?

hi, I'm brand new to Lyla. I'm not sure whether I should have posted this in the legal forum... it's more along the lines of we wont charge you anything, but need your credit card info to verify you are over 18 & somehow, determine not a rapist...?
