Independent vs Spa

Pros and cons of independent worker vs an Spa?  Also Include spa experience of you have had one?

Well to work in the pros of spas are: 

- Force you to work (good for my unorganized/lazy moments). You give your schedule and are expected to show up on your shifts.

- Social aspect: Between clients we get to socialize and chat with other ladies. SW can be lonely so this is a huge plus

- Personally, I did well because my face and smile is a huge reason why I'm often chosen, and I don't share that in my photos

- I feel more comfortable working at night or taking riskier clients, since there will always be back-up.

- I can charge more for "specialty" services since clients have seen me and know I'm real. 

 

Pros of independent:

- I can offer whatever service I want and some control over prices

- I have more control over who I see

- I tend to have longer and more interesting dates, ex. dinners, outings, ect.

- Better control of schedule 

- If I have no appointments I can do my own things at home instead of sitting at a salon for hours

 

I would say those are the main ones for me.
