BOOKING POLICY:
All of the following information must be given before I will respond:

Day, time, and hours you would like to book,
Where you are located (for outcalls)
State how many vaccines you have received (you will be expected to show proof at the door)
Include either a photo of your face or a photo ID.
State if you will be giving a deposit

You can mention any extras you might want in this message or during the booking, there is no guarantee that I will consent to an extra but don't be shy to ask.

If you will be giving a deposit after we confirm I will give you the email address to send deposits to.

DEPOSIT POLICY:

During scheduled hours:
No deposit is needed, but deposit of 20% will guarantee availability at time requested.

On scheduled time off:
Deposit of 30% required to book appointment.

Deposits can be made by E-transfer, information for transfer given upon request.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

For books made in advance please give 24 hours notice if you are unable to make it.

If a cancellation happens, any deposit made will be held for your next booking.

If you miss a booking you will be required to pay a deposit of 30% for your next booking regardless of booking policy. any deposit held counts toward the 30%.
