But as many struggle with legal terminologies and key differences between groups and agencies, I understand the use of more simple language. But referring to them as procurers/pimps/madams completely changes the business relationship. Also, using the term "recruiting" has significantly different interpretations in regard to prostitution laws. Reasons to be careful with those terminologies.
