 Entered the unit was immediately asked for money  by a girl and a man then came out from behind a closed door. Very scary situation. Uses the same pictures as Mandy, assume that they are the same. AVOID!!!!

I wouldn't assume that for a minute. Far more likely your scammer used someone else's photo's.

I also noticed that Mandy was now Lucy.  Her face is covered as Lucy though.  I don't think it's Mandy, but, as Taigh815 said, they are probably just using her pics.
