Why does it say it’s needs to be approved by a Mod but yet it’s being viewed ? It’s also been 17hrs .. should I be worried or it’s just how things work here ?

Sadly how things work here. It's been beyond slow for mods to do anything lately. 

I don't think we know who is an active mod anymore either.
