Let me elaborate on what happened the night I almost got busted for DUI!

As I've mentioned before ... My ATF and I always share a 750 ml bottle of Chimay Grande Reserve (8% ABV)!

I'm 6' 180 ,,, so although I might have been slightly impaired ... I highly doubt that I was drunk and over the limit!

(Plus .... My ATF drinks half of the 750 bottle!)

That's why I easily passed the field sobriety test!

Now the threshold for DUI is 0.08 ... my reading came back 0.081!

Let me explain exactly what happened at the police station that night:

(It's imperative that you realize that Samsung pays Ridgefield Park 10s of 1000s (maybe 100s of 1000s) in property taxes and is probably the biggest taxpayer in town ... and probably calls the shots in that town!)

Samsung probably owns that town!

Ya think?

My K-Girl probably has high-powered, well-connected, Samsung execs .... in her client list!

(Let's just say she's hooked up ... and knows (the right) people!)

The Koreans are a tight-knit clan .... and lookout for each other!

So ... when I made that phone call before they were about to book me for DUI ... this is what transpired:

In a panic I called My ATF: "R##A Luv ... I'm at the police station about to be booked for DUI... is there anything you can do to help me out?"

My ATF: "Let me make a few phone calls .... and see what I can do!"

So it's around 11:30 ... forlorn I'm waiting in my cell for about 30 minutes ..... ready to get booked for DUI!

Then ... the phone in the station house rings!

After the call ....I could then hear from my cell that the officers ... were in a huddle hastily whispering to each other!

Low and behold ... the cop that arrested me walks up to my cell .... unlocks it and says:

"Sir ... you are free to go ... my captain forgot to recalibrate the breathalyzer!"
