Studio 110 by Sophia 150333 Report post Posted May 2, 2015 Cuban style BBQ chicken! Marinated in a mojito sauce, base is balsamic vinegar.. But then after BBQ I have a lemon based mojito sauce. Pour that over chicken after off BBQ. All hand made, motor and pestle to make the paste of garlic, green herbs, onion, chilly peppers and coriander...
