This is just like watching TV in the 70's, once it's gone it's gone (until rerun season anyway). Dear young peoples of cerb: rerun season was when the networks (there were only 4 (or 7, if you count the Canadian ones.....)) replayed all the shows from that television year over again. This was in a magical time when new shows started in September, ran until April and a season was 22-24 episodes long. Throughout the summer everything on TV had already been aired.
