It won't take long for Canadian authorities to follow suit once again. I wonder if this will finally be the end of classified sites where mainstream society can find electronics, tires and sex workers all in one site. It was much better when adult industry sites were strictly adult sites. supertrucker 2007 Report post Posted August 1, 2013 If I remember correctly,the problem LE had with CL was in some cities it was being used by pimps to exploit under aged girls.Now I'm not sure I'm just assuming this practice is a lot harder with BP because as I understand it BP is a pay to use sight.Please correct me if I'm wrong. Now I'm no expert and I'm sure there are others who know more about it then me.I don't think there is anything illegal about what the ladies are doing on BP here in Canada.I know in the U.S. all forms of (and I hate to use this word,so sorry if I offend anyone) "prostitution" are illegal except in certain parts of Nevada. The reason the bust occurred is that kids were underage. We have enough problems in this country with domestic abuse, child pornography, pedophilia rampant in religious circles and schools, gang violence, mass killings, and even politicians ripping off the taxpayers! rob spence 1199 Report post Posted August 1, 2013 One of my good friends is a Sp and she was 19 now 21 and she was set up by the LE and they came to her house with 4 cops and asked if she was being "pimped out" they searched her place looking for anoyone else and found no one. They said they were just making sure that she was safe and making sure she wasnt being forced into it. Other than that they didn't care about the situation. I am sure there is a hungry bean counter in the CRA that is auditting her as we speak. I fear for her, as she has likely opened up a CRA nightmare for herself. Good Luck!
