Private Residence VS Hotel

So I am curious to find out from our hobbyist in what makes them feel more comfortable. If it is an issue at all ......

 

Being an SP who lives on the outskirts of Kingston, when I visit I always stay in a hotel. I know there are others like me that use hotels and some private residences. I have often thought that renting a nice/discreet condo would be a better option. For myself it would help with better schedule flexibility, not having check in/outs. More space to unwind for those longer rendevous. If you compare it in a finacial point, a condo would also be a better option as it is alway available.

 

So my question is the most important. What makes you as a hobbyist more comfortable while visiting an SP at a hotel vs a private residence ? Do's and Dont's ? Any feedback would be appreciated.

personally I prefer private residences but it depends what you can get for a residence. If its a small house in a subdivision neighbors are going to notice the extra traffic. If its more like an apartment complex there needs to be enough visitor parking or parking available close. The other thing to consider is can your clients be trusted. Something with a buzz in system maybe good to keep unannounced clients from just showing up at your door because they know where you are.

I'm not in the Kingston area but for me I generally prefer hotels or Upscale apartments and condos. Private residences in a subdivision for me would be more challenging.

I am refering more to a upscale condo, by private residence I just meant more to the fact of monthly rental as to nightly. I agree with subdivisions ect. Not the ideal place for me. :)

Okay.. got the smart-ass bit out of the way. I've had the pleasure of sessions in condos, hotels, and suburban homes and really have no preference. Where shall she be, there I shall find her. The only limiting factor for me would be if I needed to park an oversized vehicle. Don't laugh! It's been done. I once parked a bus in a driveway between two houses in Kingston with 2 inches clearance on both sides.

 

My most recent condo visit had no visitor parking so it was catch as catch can to find an on-street space.

 

The suburban settings were quiet neighbourhoods and, so far as I can gather, the women were sufficiently low volume that there were no neighbours with pitch forks in the driveway.

 

So long as I can find (or fake) some parking, the location is clean (tidy is an option for me), and the setting is secure, it all works for me.

 

My advice to an SP, were I asked, would be to do the math and figure out what works for her. Then when the timing is right, let me know where to be and I'll be there - with a grin.

I will visit either , but for me it is the privacy . Some girls I wont visit in a hotel if it is not private enough. The comfort Inn in Kingston by the 401 for me is no good . Mainly because there is no way to get in without being seen by everyone , let alone park there. So for me it comes down to privacy .

I think a private residence or condo is by far the most comfortable location for me the client, but in the long term for you discretion can definetly be an issue. The location must be very well thought out.

Yup my bad...but that said, I still prefer outcalls to my hotel ;-)

And for those who are concerned about walking by the front desk of a hotel, hotel's deal 24/7 365 days a year with people of all shapes and sizes going to hotel rooms...for all reasons, including business meetings, vacations, affairs, and yes, seeing companions...and it's none of the hotel's business why you are there.

A hotel is really as suspicious of their clients wanting a room the same way a restaurant is as suspicious of their clients wanting to eat a meal. Just my opinion, but I think it is the person walking by the front desk who thinks or acts funny that brings attention to him/herself. I say this as someone who has checked into more than one hotel (a regular at a few) and gone to incalls at hotels where the hallway in front of the front desk is a relative tight squeeze, and I've never had an issue. Just act like you belong there.

Hotels draws too many eyes, especially if you have to go through a main lobby area, and generally the better ones are in the downtown with severely lack of good parking and very little discretion.

 

Every time I've seen an SP in a hotel (which is not a lot) there was always some ordeal to contend with like: room service interrupting, having to wait more to be let into the building, hassle finding the right wing and room, etc.

BTW I've had both incalls and outcalls at major downtown Kingston hotels, four to be exact, not to mention one incall on a well known Princess Street hotel, and then two others in relatively less known hotels/motels back in my newbie days...so I draw from seven Kingston encounters from seven different companions. I add that I used to live in Kingston (I grew up there in the 70's, and worked there in the mid 80's), people I used to work with know me and my current co-workers, I have family and friends of family who live there, so I guess I could be seen by those "too many eyes"

The reality is, and again, my opinion, based on my Kingston experience, well hotel experience no matter what city, is that there is more a matter of perception than reality going into a hotel...the reality is your just another client, you only stand out if you make yourself stand out.

In some cities, more and more hotels are going with key cards, meaning whoever gets the room has to go down to meet the visitor and bring them up to the room. In some cases, that key card only enables at night, so during the day it is freer access.

 

In private residence, you would want it to be a larger building, not on the ground floor, with a buzz in entry system, ideally with a camera (this ensures you are not letting 2 guys in together.) You also want a spy hole in the apartment door.

 

You will find that this opens up your availability and reduces your lost expenses (renting hotel room and getting all no shows, plus the monthly cost for an apartment you will have access to 24/7 30 days a month is priceless), Also ideal will to find one that has cable, internet, heat and hydro included, (doubtful lol)

 

You will be much more private. re: hotels This isn't like a client renting a hotel room to receive one sp visitor. this is an sp seeing multiple clients, and using the linens for multiple clients. she is paying for a day, but getting less than 24 hours unless she books in for more than one day. She is spending hundreds of dollars for a few days, which could have been used for half a months rent of any small apartment. Even the smallest apartment would have more space and more possibilities than any hotel room.

Fair enough about the hotels, I mean if you know someone that works at a hotel, you know someone who works at the hotel, which is a different situation all together

But I have never, repeat never, including the two hotels you mentioned, had room service, or housekeeping or whatever just walk in, or almost walk in. Only once since I began this lifestyle has that happened, in a downtown Toronto hotel, and I complained to the manager. It paid off, they never did that again plus my parking (substantial in T.O.) was free

But I see your point, if you know people, yes, you would steer clear

My very first experience meeting with an escort at her place did not go well. I am not sure which one of us was more scared, more nervous, or more unprepared. She did not even have condoms. She appeared to be just getting by. I gave her the donation but nothing happened - obviously. That is something I would not want to repeat.

 

As for meeting a SP at a hotel room, well, I don't think I could do that.

 

So my preference would be/is to meet the SP at my home (apartment). This way it draws less attention to her (private) business. It also looks good to my neighbors that I have a regular lady visitor(s). (I tend to repeat with the same lady). By her meeting me at my place it gives me the opportunity to practice my hosting skills. Non alcoholic beverages, light snacks, and anything else we (she) may require.

 

Does and Don'ts:

• I suggest that the lady relax and be herself.
  
• Dress casually like you are visiting a friend or older relative. I prefer casual - conservative outfits. But that is just me.
  
• Offer alternative payment options like e-mail transfer. Cash donations in an envelope can make things a bit awkward. I for one do not like withdrawing that much money at an ATM.
  
• Hug, cuddle, touch often. Especially before we get frisky in the bedroom. I for one really like a naturally touchy feely lady. If it is forced or a conscious effort it shows.
  
• If you want/need to travel light let me know what supplies to have on hand.
  
• Sexy bra and panties -- always. I prefer white panties, & white unpadded bras, OR flowery bra & panties, but that is just me.

Since most of my encounters are out of town, I don't have a preference where they stay. However, if I did live in a city where I visited SP's I would prefer condo's.

 

I have no problem finding ladies to visit with me in my home. The first date is almost always just a meet and greet (no intimacy). We have coffee/tea and a light snack. we chat for an 1.5 to 2 hours. This first date either takes place at my home or at a local cafe or restaurant. Subsequent dates are at my place for 2 hours or more. When I find one lady I like I see her exclusively.

I think condos are a good choice. As long as they are set up for the work environment. They are accessible, clean, and relaxing. A shower and fresh towels too are nice but this adds to the SP prep which may become demanding time consuming. Some locations are very well thought out and have local restaurants .... etc.... nearby.

 

A mattress on the floor in an empty apartment is not such a good choice if your entertaining or advertising upscale.

I'm pretty easy going, so for the most part I am happy meeting at her preferred choice of place, for her comfort. That said, I do have to admit that I like to wine and dine at my house, especially in the summer when we can sit on my deck and chat over a drink and some nice food; I like to spoil ;)
