Based on input from members, and confirmed by others, there is apparently a private group on Facebook called Elm Park Safety publishing photos of vehicles attending Kitty’s location in the Glenlawn area of St.Vital. This area will for sure include Sakura and Crystal, as it is much closer to the Elm Park area than Kitty’s location.   Please be aware that your vehicle or yourself may be photographed if you choose to visit these three places.
