Airport pros.. hotels are generally cheaper.. less traffic.. and often can find free parking.

Downtown.. easy access to subway.. and stores if you need

Cons.. airport can be easy access for travelling off the hwy and from other areas like mississauga, brampton, vaughn.. etc.

I also dislike the starbucks bitter coffees.. Tim's for me if I get a coffee out of the house. I make my own organic at home.. fresh ground beans.. and if I'm travelling its instant organic from ten thousand villages. I'm laughing because I went to a gentlemen's house a few nights ago.. we didn't start in the other room but when we did eventually get in there I initially put my socks back on because he had the window open and it was freezing.. once I finally warmed up I took them off again.

I get your question.. because you have a perceived.. 'going rate' going on in your head.. likely based on the experience you've had that the sp's you've seen offer that rate.. I did when I started..

BUT I've now got 25+ years of experience.. plus I'm well known (high exposure) so I have 'fans' that book me...so I increased my rates a bit more..

And my regulars still book me at my 'post-porn' rates

You'd think that would result in fewer bookings.. but what it does in fact is allow me to be more choosy in who I see..

Clients who respect my rate.. usually respect me.. no matter what I charge.

Clients (or rather prospective clients) who try to tell me I'm charging too much don't get very far. In fact I had one that sounded about 24 on the phone try to explain to me 'the going rate'.. so I laughed at him.. and said.. I've literally been at this longer than you've been alive and you think you can tell me 'the going rate'? Be serious!

We didn't meet that day.. but eventually he'll either decide to book me respectfully at my rate or see someone else..

Either way it makes no difference to me. I can't please everyone. But while he's wistfully hoping I'll let him book me at his requested rate.. there's another absolutely lovely client not only paying my rate but tipping me after the fun session we've just had..

You do the math :)

I don't think it's fair as some have suggested that ladies who charge $200/hr are running an assembly line. I know for a fact several ladies who charge much less and see way fewer clients than I do.. and some who charge more see way more clients!

When I started in 1990 the rates were all over the map as well.. nothing has changed. We are not in a union after all :P

I'm just shy of 5'11".. and while some people find it a bit intimidating.. especially if they're vertically challenged.. I assure them I'm a pussycat :)

I don't find it an issue and I only wear heels when requested.. most find it exciting to be with a taller woman.. so it's fun for me when that attitude prevails.

I would have to agree that age was not the 'real' issue..

Nicolette is right (as usual).. usually time wasters whether nervous guys who will eventually book or are just lonely guys who will never book are in my opinion not worth the investment or waste of your own precious time... because many other clients are ready to book and will pay for your time to 'get to know you'.

I have for some time now offered cam sessions for just that reason... and some book me for cam several times and still admit they'll never get up the nerve to book in person.. so they will still pay for me time but keep a safe comfortable distance to communicate with me and enjoy a 'session'.

This works for me.. put your money where your mouth is.. it's a much smaller donation and some book right after one cam (or phone if they're even too shy for that) and some don't.. but either way I don't feel my time or energy is taken advantage of..

I get that you're more hurt by the feeling of connection you felt and being lied to.. but that's a part of life.. not just from clients.. and it sucks..

don't waste time on energy suckers.. just shake the dust off your feet and move on with integrity knowing you didn't lie :)
