Ignore photos (as I would for all the asian massage locations)
The ladies are not bad but much older than advertised. It is real hit and miss.
I would rate them lower than most locations.,

As I understand it, a simple photo holding a leolist sign is not sufficient. To be a verified ad the advertiser and leolist staff coordinate communication to show that the photos are timely and real. I would trust that a verified ad would be the person in the photo but that is not a verification of quality of service.

Whoa! Unless they put a fake location in the google map, they are located smack in the middle of the military Married Quarters area on the Uplands site.I have seen other ads where they put a location nearby but not exact. If they ever gave me an address for one of those PMQs, I would have to pass.

I think they are just looking for full disclosure. You have plenty of other reviews and comments from other review sites. You could just post link to those. That would quiet all concerns.

There is plenty of parking if you swing down the side streets. I usually swing behind the block and park on the deadend that leads to their frint door. Never an issue.

In the ottawa area, this site is basically dead. Unfortunately LL is likely more fruitful for you but it is also a shit-show, full of fake ads.
It'd be great if there was an ad option which was better curated for real providers but the reality is that LL is heavily funded by these ads.
