One minor exception to OD's post is timing, nothing wrong with 5 miniutes prior - must be the military in me many years ago.....I have to say, I have been taught all my life to be early, as it is impolite to be late, so not being early goes against my life teachings but I understand the need for punctuality in this business and will govern myself accordingly.
