  1. Yes, sounds like Katrina. She is so BEAUTIFUL and fun and just a deep down kind and lovely person! I have a girl crush on her! I've known her for quite a while now. She is amazing!

    Additional Comments:

GONE BACK HOME TO BRITISH COLUMBIA~

LOVE YOU ALL. THANKS FOR THE FUN.

I am retired from dancing. Had a blast. love you all.

    xo xo xo

Best of luck in your retirement! Wish I could have met you! Either way, you will stun the men no matter what!

  2. A lot of my favs seem to have moved around a lot or disappeared lately, so it's tough to pin down where they are, but here's my list of ladies in no particular order, nor have I gone for dances with all of them, some I see multiple times:

    Serenity

    Tory

    Chardonnay

    Amy

    Nicole

    Chantale

    Joy

    Jordan/Taylor

(Insert 3-4 names here I've forgotten)

And let's not forget the bar staff that make the nights go that much better!

  3. The Fax has 2 areas that are geared for couples and groups to get dances, and are very comfy. A bit more open, but still good.

Nuden has a couple of bigger seats in the downstairs, and a couple upstairs. Upstairs is the better bet.

    Playmates... Good luck

Barbs has a couch in the very back. Kinda broken in though, so can get uncomfortable.

Pigales has some larger booths, plus a vip room. Depending on your $$$ the room is the biggest 'private' area I've seen.

Haven't been to the others yet.

And all the ones I've been to are cool with couples, it's just a matter of finding a dancer.

  4. I was at Barefax last night and had dances with Malika (brazilan) and Belle, does anyone know if they offer extras?

Unfortunately, anyone answering this question in a public forum will probably fall foul of the new rules on the site that have been made necessary by the new laws. You'd be better off asking the ladies directly... which would mean another trip to Barefax, but I'm sure that's not too much of a hardship :)

Not just the new laws, but not really the place to ask a question like that regardless

  5. Remember the lady who wouldn't shut up? Well, after my dances with Tasha, I returned to the booth I had been sitting in, and she was sitting at the far wall. She looks over to ma and says: "You look pretty worn out. Too bad you missed out on the best thing in this bar - me", then stalked away in a huff. She just assured the fact that I will never speak to, never mind get a dance from, her ever. Good thing there are many reasons for going back to Taboo in the future. I made sure that the ladies that took the time to talk to me knew what she said, and that it was NOT the reason I was leaving. Sometimes you have to take the bad with the good; in this case - it wasn't too bad, and it was, indeed, VERY good... :p

That kind of stuff irks me to no end. Some people just don't hit it off together. But having a bad attitude about it guarantees there will be no second chance...

  6. I did a small tour on Wednesday. Didn't expect much considering the situation. First stop was Barb's, and it was closed (found out tonight they were told to stay closed by police).

Second stop was Barefax. It was open, but very empty. Only saw a dozen or so customers. 3 girls on, so it ended up being more of a catching up with the staff kind of night. Called it quits after that.

On the note about tipping the bouncers @ Pigale's, I've never ever done that, and never been asked/hinted either. Is this new? (I haven't been in a couple of months)

  7. For a long-time resident of Ottawa, and a proud Canadian, this was a very shocking and sad day. It's easy to get angry and want revenge, but right now, let the EMS services sort it out and come to a conclusion on the matter.

I spent 6 hours in lockdown today because of this event, listening to ppl complain about being inconvenienced. I just sat it out and felt as long as I'm doing what in being asked to do and following what the EMS services are asking of me, I'm doing what I can right now.

Stay safe! Not just to the people of Ottawa, but to all Canadians, and to all people of all different denominations of life! It is precious, life, so grasp it, and enjoy it!

  8. Personally, I usually just would signal them with a wave or a smile. If they're too far away, I'll ask the waitress to ask them if they'd like a drink or a shot. Those usually work for me. On the rare occasion I'll be more bold and walk up to them myself and ask them over.

If a girl comes up to me I'm not interested in, I'll politely tell them I'm just there for the drinks or the show. Sometimes I'll say I'm waiting on someone if there's a girl I know that's in that will come sit with me at some point. If they get insistent (or pushy), I'll just keep saying 'No thanks' with a smile.

I try to remember that they are there to make money, so I like to see them make the effort to see me. There are some that do, some that don't, and it's reflected in the way the encounter proceeds. If they do try while I'm not interested, leaving in a snit will guarantee I won't ask you over ever (and I don't let it bother me, cuz all she's trying to get is your wallet in the end anyways).

  9. Anytime I've been there (a few times this past winter), I have to say I was not impressed at all by this club. There was only ever 2 girls in (and not quite my type). They also seemed more interested in getting completely hammered with regulars and staff.

The one time it looked promising, 4 girls left within 10 minutes if me getting there. All piling into one car and disappearing. Needless to say that was disappointing.

The only thing I really enjoyed was talking with the bartender. And the price of the drinks can't be beat (too bad I always have to drive out there)
