  2. My suggestions:

     

    Lean protein: Egg whites, shrimp, lobster, chicken breasts, fish, lean beef

    Vegetables: Kale, broccoli, green beans, pea pods

    Fruit: Raspberries, strawberries, blackberries, blueberries, grapefruit & apples.

    Grains: oatmeal, quinoa, wild rice

    Dairy: small portion of skim milk now and again

    Water... Water

     

    If you eat exclusively within these foods (you don't buy or keep anything else at home), you should see a difference. Now I realize that you shouldn't limit only to those for the long term, but if you push this for a month or two you will lose weight and you'll develop good eating habits. It's all about discipline.
