There was an app before that is similar to a "little black book" allowed you to keep all thee information about a person you could want to and it would link with google calendar for the appointments side of it. I have never used it but a friend did. The reason she used it was that it was an encrypted app, all data stored in it was separate from the rest of the contacts and such. And it required a password/code to access it.

 

I am sure that it or something similar would still be available, I know that she had to pay for it but it was only a couple bucks. Try searching for little black book and you might find something.
