It must be very nice to have good memories with ladies who are no longer working and to have a space to share them however, I don't see the point on giving information (whether of its confirmed or speculations) on what they do now, if they left town and personal things such as them becoming mothers when they may have shared that in confidence expecting for it to remain that way.

Mrrnice 2 you are so brave and strong! I have rolled the dice a couple of times. Once was moving out from home when I was probably too young and not ready to be on my own even though I had my parents' support I didn't know how things would turn out for me and I was right, things as simple as putting gas to my car (my dad used to do it for me) suddenly looked so complicated, I've had ups and downs but I believe it was the best decision I could've made. I've also taken chances saying or doing things knowing I could end up getting hurt, sometimes I did others I didn't but I have no regrets and I wish the same for you and as others said the best possible outcome and remember you can turn anything around :) xoxo

He could but as a provider I don't think it would be the appropriate thing to do, if someone does research on the lady they would like to visit and read about her and her incall then the possibility of them feeling uncomfortable would be very slight, if by uncomfortable they mean nervous then it wouldn't be right to leave without first compensating the lady for having reserved that time for them. I once had someone texting me to let me know that he had arrived but he didn't feel comfortable staying and I was not happy, he emailed me later explaining that he saw a 'suspicious' vehicle close to where he parked which made him decide to leave, us providers have no control over this and my area is very safe and discreet so from a provider's perspective, I think to leave or cancel last minute isn't the best advice to the OP.

if you choose incall and when you arrive at your destination and feel uncomfortable for any reason you can leave.

With all due respect, isn't this generalizing? It's too bad that you had a situation where the lady's ad was probably misleading but I don't think every single thing written in ads should be ignored, what are ads for then? There are certain things that should be discussed or confirmed as you suggested because everyone's interpretation is different and as such is better to ask a lady what she meant by whatever she wrote, most ladies won't mind explaining.

Of course we (providers) use whatever phrase or whole ad to get attention, that's what we advertise for and there's nothing wrong with that, false advertising is wrong but I would say there's a minority of that on Lyla and I may be wrong but in this case I don't think communication would have made a difference, IF the provider you met used false advertising I don't see her admitting to it because you booked in advance and Tom to the time to email her, she would likely keep telling you the things stated in her ad. Maybe as you said the lady you met had a bad day or maybe chemistry wasn't just there, no offence but there's no perfect/fantastic client to everyone just as there's no perfect/fantastic provider to every single gent, and just like everyone has their own definition of open minded every lady has their own definition of a fantastic client so it's the lady and not her guest who will be able to say if he was a perfect client or not.

I'm multi-tasking while typing this so I'll come back and check it later in case it needs editing to make any sense, I apologize if it doesn't :icon_redface:

In my experience "open-minded" just like "GFE" means nothing. In this business many ladies will just use the "phrase of the day" in their ad's to catch a potential clients attention. NEVER make any assumptions in this business about what anything written in ad's mean. Always, communicate directly with the lady and express what you desire from your encounter and confirm that what you desire is what she provides and is comfortable with. If you choose to just take ad's at face value you might be setting yourself up for disappointment.

 

Just as an example, a while ago I visited with a lady, last minute, "spur of the moment" and she advertised as both "GFE and open-minded". When I go there she confirmed after we entered the room that, there was no kissing, no anal play, and the service was completely safe. I could live with that so we continued. It was a completely mechanical, detached, zero eye contact session. In fact she even seemed a little put out that I lasted so long and said, "can you just cum already". LOL.

 

Now I know for a fact that I am a fantastic client with a YMMV factor that is very high but in this case although she advertised as both open-minded and GFE I would classify my mileage factor as very low. Perhaps she was just having a bad day who knows. However, I learned that I'll never do "last minute" spur of the moment again. I'll always want to have ample opportunity to chat with the lady and convey to her what I like to experience in my sessions and have her explicitly confirm that she also enjoys all the same things from a session as I do.

 

Communicate, communicate, communicate!

Thanks again to those who have responded. I think I owe some of you an apology as it seems like I've failed to explain myself clearly.

Available 24/7 means available all day any day.

Available any time means I can host any time and before or after do other activities.

The title of this thread doesn't say 24/7 but even for those who use it in their advertising, I think almost anyone would know that they aren't working 24/7 they sleep, go out with friends, run errands, etc.

As I've tried to explain in my previous post I didn't literally mean I would be available any time, I have activities and commitments but that I'm flexible in my hours. I also wouldn't use the line 'I'm available anytime' I will likely keep phrasing my ads the way I have, my schedule is flexible and just not post hours as my experience has been that some get confused by that and in all honesty not everyone reads the whole ad.

Also, although my late night sessions have been very limited and with gentlemen I have previously met, if I ever considered meeting someone new a bit later in the evening my screening process would be the same. I understand what you mean by the chances for someone asking for late night appointments being intoxicated or aggressive but I believe is not a time of the day issue but a screening one, is almost (different scenario of course) like when parents only get concerned about their daughters sneaking out to have sex at night when it can happen during the day.

I appreciate the suggestions but as I said I think my posts have been somewhat misunderstood the same way ads would probably be too which is why I'll be very careful with my wording.

Besides the obvious (typing) I'm trying to convince myself to get out of bed, I'm usually an early riser and plan things to do with my day since the day before. It's been a few very hectic and a bit stressful days so after a big event took place yesterday I decided to not plan anything for today and force myself to stay in bed past 7:00 now I'm worried I'll get used to it :icon_biggrin:

Yes, I am aware of that and I know that in the end if a day/time requested doesn't work the person will contact me again and we will eventually meet and I've actually have had clients go around my availability on a certain day ( thank you so much!) but in most days I'm the one with a more flexible schedule and I don't see a reason why I shouldn't try to make things as convenient as possible for someone who has decided to spend time with me if it's my hands. I definitely prefer pre booked sessions as well but not everyone can plan ahead, this is more about availability regardless on how far in advance the session is booked.

Thank you!!! I agree with you, the way one presents oneself makes a whole difference. I wouldn't even be available 24/7. I would be able and happy to accommodate sessions very early or late but then I may not be able to accommodate a mid-afternoon session as I may be doing yoga, reading or spending the rest of the day with friends and I need my beauty sleep too ;) so yes, flexible schedule/availability is exactly the wording I was thinking on using :)

Good points, ElissaMarie. I don't think anyone would get a feeling of desperation from you at all.

Still, it's all how you write something that resonates with the reader. "Flexible schedule" sounds better than "available 24/7". One sounds accommodating and the other does have a whiff of desperation, even though it's the same person who wrote it. That's just my opinion though. I like a well written ad.

Thank you NotchJohnson and Ms.CapitalC for your responses. I agree with both of you to an extent but the reason that made me ask opinions is because I have read posts from people who do think being available any time or long hours means desperation, high volume, even addiction/substance abuse but now that I think about it there'll always be people who make assumptions and close minded people no matter what so I won't be concerned anymore.

As far as receiving text messages at the middle of the night, I wouldn't mind as long as they're not expecting to see me right then, especially if we haven't met. If I'm asleep by the time they text I'll likely see it until morning anyway so a respectful message telling me they'd like to meet me some time is okay. I've actually met clients (whom I've seen before and feel safe with) at 2:00 - 3:00 a.m. and it was actually fun so I guess I'll start advertising different schedule soon :)
