I know for me, I started with slightly lower prices in order to get the attention of clientele. As I have gotten more clients and now have a few regulars I have started to raise my prices.

I wouldn't say cheaper is always grosser but an SP that is doing 30mins for $60 is questionable to me. I have never asked for less that $100 for 30mins. I look at myself and believe my time is worth more than that but other SP's would feel differently about that. Maybe keeping your prices lower will help you have more clients asking for your time but I don't let every single person that sends me a message see me. Sleazy clients will go for cheaper prices, so as I raised my rates the sleazy people became less frequent.

Expensive is likely more worth it as a SP that is asking for a higher rate has likely been doing this longer, is more professional, and more mature. Not that every young SP is not professional or mature, I'm 19 and believe I have been as professional as I am capable of being in my dealings with my clientele, but as you gain more experience and a better reputation it is likely that your prices will rise.

You're all very right! Especially denpetty, you really do have to be careful about underage girls. I really do wish trafficking didn't exist but there will always be some creep that wants a 15 year old girl.

I suppose the best way I could see lying about your age would be if you at least look that age. When you're in your 30's it's highly unlikely that you look like you're 20.

You're definitely right! As much as people try to lie about their age you would definitely be able to tell the truth when you see them! I was just curious as to what people thought of it :p

That's what I figured but I was curious as to what people thought about it! I suppose if it was a bigger difference, like saying you're 18 and actually in your 30's, that might be a bit odd but still as you said, it's just a number!

I think I understand why they lie about their age, many clients like seeing younger women but how do you feel when a SP say's she's 18 and is actually 23? It's only a couple years difference but does it matter to you? Do you assume Sp's are lying about their age?

Managing going to university, working a vanilla job and having a decent availability as an SP is proving to be incredibly hard. I love being an SP but trying to see people is so hard right now because my vanilla job is incredibly hectic for the next couple weeks. All the people messaging me looking for time to book are super cool with waiting but it just annoys me that I can't be more available.

Do any SP's have any advice on how to manage a vanilla job and working as an SP?

As an SP who is still new to the scene I get what you're saying. Basically I'd reiterate what Cjthomas said, first find someone you're attracted to and have an interest in meeting, then send a message. Ask them a little about themselves so that you can get a sense that this is a real person and you'd like to meet them. I don't know if all SP's are comfortable just talking about non-work things through texting or email before meeting but for me, I enjoy it because it helps me feel more comfortable meeting a client.
