Hey, just my 2 cents but each ad has a different email to contact them within a period of 24 hours so I would say its fake. 

I would stick to ads that have the phone numbers stipulated, I know some persons might prefer email contact but ads without phone numbers and with multiple emails seems sketchy. I think its fake.
