Is this Xeon processor too much for a home workstation?

Hi everyone, I am looking for some hardware advice for a new computer build. I do a lot of heavy tasks like video editing and 3D rendering, so I need something powerful. I found a good deal on a Xeon 18 Core processor with 3.1GHz and 10.4GT UPI. I know this is usually server technology, but the specs look amazing. Do you think this would be suitable for a home setup? I am a bit worried about finding a motherboard for it or if it will be too difficult to keep cool. I would love to hear if anyone here has experience running these kinds of chips at home.
