Is Leolist now just a place to advertise Onlyfans?

Going through the listings on Leolist and all I see is Onlyfans ads 

Most of these ads are fake SPs and are only looking for you to join a subscription or are scammers looking to get your personal information or big deposits by e-transfer 

Leolist must do something about this to protect legitimate SPs and clients 

It would be great if clients could look on Leolist and know that posted ads were legitimate
