When you find the right person where the chemistry is right and trust exists, its nice to have someone to open up to and talk to about things you wouldn't talk to with anyone else. Monogamy is very, very hard... Being with escorts instead of picking up women has so many advantages - honesty, they are usually way better at sex, if you like them you can see them as often as you like and still not have any commitment issues.... I could go on and on.

Main reason I guess is, SO is selfish, I have to all the work, I love going to to see a SP and get it all done for me... Its the only time where I feel like i am appreciated..

My SO and I have not had sex for over 10 years or a meaningfull conversation, but thats my problem soon a very expensively to be resolved. Seeing a SP is not only sexually rewarding but the conversation and all the other great things that go with having sex are also there. Finding that one special SP is like an awakening.
