Like most medical things, I expect we'll find that effects of drugs, including this one, vary from individual to individual. Being a fairly recent user (few months) I can say it sometimes does seem to make it a bit harder to cum sometimes. particularly after you've been hard for 30 to 40 minutes more or less continually. Take it once a week or four times a week, effect seems about the same. But then, that's just me. YMMV, as they say.
