Exercise and eating good...better sexe life?

Recommended Posts

Reading a thread on working up a sweat during an encounter got me to think about this one!

An hour intensive encounter can definatly be a workout and get you out of breath...either it's the gentlemen going at it or the lady on top...

Gentlemen...can you go for a long time without stopping to catch your breath? If you stay in good shape...do you perform better?(longer erection)

Can't say for sure about maintaining an erection for longer but being in better shape does give you more stamina.

If you're doing it right, sex can be a good workout so you don't want to be tired.

I'm in average shape myself, can still loose a few pounds at 6'3'' and 223lbs I like to tone up by long walks and using low weights.

I find my legs get very tense while being on the receiving end with a lady pending on the position...ie cowgirl, reverse cowgirl and doggie while I stand up. I really don't sweat a lot while having good hard sex unless it is 100 degrees in the room ;)

I thoroughly enjoy exploring a lady from head to toes and taking my time getting her off first, after all at my age in the last 30 minutes of an hour appointment, it doesn't take long for me to get off. But I have been told I have good stamina and my erection can last while being excited and aroused.

However I have enjoyed the 2-3 hours encounters in the past, and for an older guy I seem to still have that stamina to "giver'er" throughout the duration, but lots more time spent on her :)

Bianca,

Looking at your legs and sculpturesque body, I'm sure that following a rigorous exercise program, I could last at least 20 seconds. ;-)
