I have followed Emily here on CERB but have not made an appointment with her until today. Her status on here is of a celebrity, which is in itself intimidating, and I now fully understand that she totally deserves it. Intimidating she is not; she takes you in, massages and picks your brain, and you have no choice but to be impressed by her intelligence and her ability to get into your head.
