I have had some limited "experience" in this regard. Rural settings are more condusive to freer activity. I would imagine it's more depending on the girl(s) working that night, I've had great success with this myself, some of the best hj's I've ever gotten in my life were in a club... Totally amazing experience... but the girl has to like you, they won't do it for just anybody... it's not like an escort.... YMMV in the clubs.... if you go in there expecting something you shouldn't be getting in it in the first place, you will always be disappointed.. Dress sharp, look presentable, and go when it's not too busy, or early in the week, when the girls are just coming to the club (usually monday and tuesdays)... good luck.... it's a tough game of chance I found... but certainly the adrenaline rush, atmosphere and anonymity make this a total thrill...... and very affordable.... my last hj experience she danced for 1 song, then got teasing me something fierce, nibbling my ear, stroking me through my pants, unzipped me, stroked for the next 2 songs until I was done. 3 songs $50.
