It is how you hold yourself, the level of investment you have made in representing yourself as a professional, invested, a competent companion beyond the boudoir. The high caliber clients are often very accomplished business men and often voice (in private) how much they appreciate seeing that driven & dedicated side in a companion they are looking to invest in. It is a reflection of how serious, professional & invested that companion is. And can leave them to feel much more confident when meeting someone new.
...But that being said, there are also those that don't require a site. And that is cool too!
