    I normally will e-mail an SP prior to an appointment. I will outline the services I am looking for and that way the SP can either agree or let me know what they do allow. Nothing worse than spending the first 15 minutes of the hour sorting out details. I will be in Ottawa this weekend. I have e-mailed a few SP's that got my attention. Two e-mailed back and one still has not. I will call the ones who replied and confirmed services.
