anybody use homeaway.com? I'm thinking of using it for a vacation and have long liked the idea of the stock, thinking now of trying the service, seems to be a great option if one is willing to explore a bit and find one's own food. Looking at playa del carmen to be more specific. any advice on experiences with how things went would be appreciated...

The Ottawa chapter is having their social soon. Lucky bastards, I often find myself wondering about what this mythical event entails? I think I feel like the kids in the class that couldn't celebrate the holidays. Scores of like minded men and women, limo rides or rather "sexy" limo rides, are there games? What kind of entertainment? I bet the snacks are delectable and without saying the sights are of course (well half the sights, sorry guys, I'm sure your all handsome though).

I wonder if the gents know one another? Do you chance running into someone your wife knows? That could be costly! Lots of people always seem to cherp about the cost of companionship; but I would be worried about the price tag of losing companionship if one got caught lol. Are the male attendees usually single or from afar?

Do you like pepperoni pizza? To be honest I prefer works with banana peppers. A few weeks back a friend and I were faced with this issue. He said he was picking up pizza "what topping s?" He says "just pepperoni". Well I encouraged him to do half in works and banana peppers, the result, it was just better, he agreed. I enjoyed the simplicity of the pepperoni; he liked the heat, the aftertaste sizzle, of the pepper. It was better because both parties decided.

I like my government to be a product like my pizza, with input from both parties. I prefer no party to have too much power, no one party should dictate what everyone eats.

I have always thought it was the market and economy, and most of all its our people, that writes the history books on Canada's leaders, basically that the prime minister and political party is the " tail" not the "dog"

So for me a minority government is a "win" and it could go either way but I believe the liberals will make gains at the expense of both conservative and NDP.

I think he should have a tougher time with the upcoming election... Canada's economy fell out of the ugly tree and is currently hitting every branch on the way down due to our reliance on natural resources. telling the difference between parties is becoming challenging for me I just hope for minority every time. bill c51 or variation there of seems to be all the rage in a growing number of developed nations, it is frightening but Canadians will win in the long run, unless they change the people.... Always the best country!

I think it is highly personal action depending on the level of kiss and feel if it is not totally reciprocated then less is more. I like the idea of a kiss evolving over a few dates, first a little, then a little more, then like you mean it, that would be okay.

I would find it strange to passionately kiss someone with zero attraction to you. Although I am sure I have, and enjoyed it because I likely am easy to fool, I would just rather only get one if it was something the lady would do under different circumstances, if so, well pucker up.

If no kisses and no evolution of a kiss, I could see the whole situation become a little tired as most hope for some kind of connection.

Curious, are these the religions that cover up their women in sheets (Muslims and Islam)? Why? Seriously, I could spend all day and night and not think of a more back asswards way of living life.

Over the past year, I would say I spent between $4,000-$6,000 per month on ladies if I include tips and gifts. And it can go fast if you count duos trios and quads, and the parties. I'd say that when I am in Ottawa I would see ladies see 2-3 times in a week. That being said, I much prefer quality over quantity. It's just that I am getting more frisky in my dirty thirties.

 

While I do not have a ''budget'' for this part of my life really, I go with the idea that I do not want to dip into my assets, so as to always increase my wealth. The passive revenues I generate would comfortably allow up to 10k a month towards the ladies if I want and continue to increase my net worth without lifting a finger.

 

So for me, time and location are the determining factors driving my spending on the ladies here. That, and I dislike being out in the cold weather (other than skiing).

 

I retired at 31 and gave up the notion of ever having a full-time job again. So I am always on vacation, except for when a special project interests me. That being said, I keep quite busy and am always searching for new experiences. I spent about 10 weeks travelling to other countries and throughout Canada, so I did not spend on the ladies during those weeks, except for foreign strip clubs.

The cost of living is high because WE the people created it.

Go by a Tim Hortons in the morning and tell me we are bad off or anyone really gives a shit about others who are. When we line up like cattle for 10 minutes to pay 2 bucks for a shitty cup of coffee then then we have too much time and money.

 

How many people are doubling down on their good fortune that oil and gas prices have dropped?

How about saving that money (in an account and liquid) as well as cutting out your Tims and other luxuries for a while? Think anyone will?

Nope they will buy a vacation on credit which they think that they will pay off with the savings which are already being spent on something else anyway.

 

Then come tax time they will will bitch and moan about how much tax they pay and wait for the refund to pay off most of the crap they bought that they don't need in the first place.

 

Kinda been like that forever I think and its what got us here in the first place.

Yeah you are probably right our government is to bloated, from db pensions, wages all indexed and and adjusted for higher prices. Either way I like the ships start here thing.

What happens to the economy though if we all stop spending so much in an economy built on spending (I heard around 60% of our economy is consumer spending)? Is a dollar I spend a dollar someone else earns?
