It’s not a new place at all. It’s TR Spa on Pembina Highway. That particular ad is down, but the phone number is that of TR Spa and the wording is similar to that in their other ads.

My guess is that they are in their forties, but it’s hard to tell because of masks. Pricing is typical of many local studios.

She has been around for several years, and has gone by at least ten different names (no exaggeration).
