As a newbie here I am wondering what would be considered a reasonable amount of time to cancel an appointment with an SP, no matter what the reason for cancelling might be?

Does the reason really make a difference? I think not. I believe the issue would be how much notice should be given?

As a newbie, this is valuable information! I am easy going and relaxed 99% of the time, it is that other 1% that can get me into trouble.

I would prefer the envelope, as you just walk in place it on a table and you are done.
