I would disagree. There is talent in the city. Some advertise some don’t. Some you need referral some you don’t

Generally speaking every encounter you have is a “your mileage may vary” experience

The point is that a blanket statement like this it’s not accurate and is disingenuous

I would agree that some cities have have much more volume

What’s happening with 311 during this lockdown? It looks as if it’s either being gutted, or possibly renovated. When I drove by it was wide open with scaffolding in front of the window on the inside. Didn’t have the regular desk and chairs of stuff that I could see.

During this lockdown I am being good, and observing social distancing, like everyone should really.

However sometimes I try to remember that one of the biggest problems with these places is actual consistency of services. I guess we are always looking for the McDonald’s experience where you get exactly what you were expecting

The problem here is the human factor. It could be an off day for the attendant , They have lives and problems outside of the jobs. Sometimes hard for them to stay consistent

I don’t know exactly what experience you had, and I would agree That if it was a dealbreaker, never return again. But sometimes I will give it a pass and try again because it might be one of those consistency things

However two bad experiences for me Will constitute a hard pass on a provider
