just shoot me cause.... Air Supply greatest hits... even played it quietly in my university dorm room after my 1st gf broke up with me ..lol... meanwhile my roomie was into hard punk... but somehow we made it work... " I'm all outta love, i'm so lost without you, i know you were right, believing for soooo long ".... i'm such a wuss!

I had the air supply on cassette tape and it was in my clock radio alarm when I was in first year in residence. I woke up to air supply every morning..

Wings The speed of Sound...Silly Love Songs

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AK9QVN0bpa4&feature=search

That was my all time fav song for so many years. I love anything beatles or beatles related.

I admit that I listened to the Bay city rollers when I was a kid.. regularly shouting out ''S-A-T-U-R-D-A-Y night!''

When I was working night shift in my polyester security guard uniform, studying for my post-grad whenever I would start to fall asleep.. I'd put on my tape walkman and listen to Rick Astley and dance all over the place.. One time I was doing this with my headphones on when my supervisor dropped by to check on me.. and gave me crap for not hearing him come in..

That tape got me through many night shifts.. then of course I eventually quit that gig to be an escort :) I still like his music though.

I love the old hard rock and have seen many concerts in my time. AC/DC, Black Sabbath etc.

BUT, I have to admit I saw Tony Bennett in Ottawa quite a few years back, outdoor concert, he was awesome.

speaking of Heart weren't they a sexy pair of sisters...guilty of them too!

Nothing to be guilty about there. Heart is awesome. Ann and Nancy are seriously underrated if you ask me.

I still enjoy old Loverboy tunes like "The Kid Is Hot Tonight" or "Turn Me Loose".

I've been a big fan of The Bee Gees since I was a kid.

I still get a kick from hearing Billy Idol tunes.

I admit to rockin the Loverboy during many recent 80s dance parties! And I have no shame in admitting I LOVE billy idol, mmmmmmm billy idol...:bjs:

Additional Comments:

Oh, for bands I actually HAVE been ashamed to admit to...oh geez...

Counting Crows (there album 'August and Everything After' was my secret sleepytime album for years, until an ex threw it off the balcony when I made him wake up to the one song on the album I hated as much as he did)

There are many bands that I'll hate overall but have a couple of songs I can't help but adore, and always listen to in secret only. They're all songs I listen to really loud while singing at the top of my lungs, hahah I'm such a nerd! Songs include 'Shattered' by Remy Zero, 'Sex and Candy' by Marcy Playground, '4am' by Our Lady Peace, 'Falling Down' by Scarlett Johannson, and 'Scared' by the Tragically Hip.

I can't believe I just admitted those. I'm going to crawl under my blankets and hide now.

Billy Idol's "Flesh For Fantasy" comes to mind when I think of you.

That just begs for a retort. If you don't get the "Flesh for Fantasy", Billy Idol also has an answer... it's called "Dancin' with Myself." 'Nuff said...
