Ice4fun 78396 Report post Posted September 22, 2015 Planning on heading to University in the near future or have children who are... well you might want to consider Memorial University in St. John's... the government of Newfoundland has over the last 20 years invested heavily in Education and kept University Tuition extremely low... rates in other parts of Canada have gone up by 300% over the last 20 years while in Newfoundland they have gone up by only 35%....
