Lets play a game :-) Do you feel it's right to ask for a deposit when a nc/ns is begging to book you again? Many book through the method that I have requested. After confirming their appointment, they disappear. We take the time to get ready, we turn down prospective clients as we are expecting someone and now no one is here. No call, not showing up, but then days later that same person wants a booking (with no thought to why they didn't appear in the first place). What would you do?
