Just letting everyone know that www.escorts-canada.com is doing a system upgrade today and will be on and offline all day long as they are upgrading two of the servers and the hardware firewall and doing some fancy cisco load balancing thing. Been working on it since 3am this morning so hopefully the techs get it all done soon as I can not access it right now and a few people have called to ask what was going on already so I thought I would post a thread about it.

 

It is pulling over 500 gigabytes of traffic a month so it needed a little upgrade.

I am getting concerned as well as they ran into some problems and told me it should all be fixed in 15 to 20 minutes (that was around noon time). It looks so bad when a website is offline or having problems like this for such a long period of time as people assume the worst. You should hear some of the phone calls we have got. I am sure we would be getting 100+ emails as well asking what is going on but with the server off many people do not realize that the email also goes offline.

You could always compete with your neighbor by pointing a few garbage can lids to the sky...then asking him if he likes his dishes...beacause you are thinking of upgrading...after all......... all you are getting is trash........:rolleyes:
