Whitebay, which is an Asian agency, at times has maybe one or two ladies here, and may on occasion have a spinner here who meets your criteria. YourFrenchLady (YFL) sometimes has a lady here, and occasionally she may be a spinner. But the days of local agencies with several women from whom to choose are a distant memory. You might find what you're looking for at one of the massage clubs. CMJ and Brass Club are two with good reputations. They seem to sometimes offer outcalls. Some of the ladies mostly advertise on twitter, and at least some prefer you to book directly with them and not with the establishment. I stepped out of this hobby for years and at that time there were many agencies. This explains why I couldn’t find anything via Google. One of the reasons why I go with agencies is because I have several girls to choose from at one location and I am primarily interested in Ottawa-based girls and not those who visit every now and then. LL is often deceiving. I sometimes see a couple of girls at CMJ and BC. The sessions are fabulous but I have never asked for anything more than the massage.
