The article mentions she received the full payment after the decision. But no mention about the fate of the client in question.

Depending on how services were described in court, there's a strong possibility he'll face criminal charges.

There’s a twelve month statue of limitation on the offence of Solicitation as per S. 213 of the Criminal Code, as it’s a summary conviction. What he did was very wrong, and I’m glad to see the small claims court decision.

S. 213 was repealed in 2014 and replaced by C-36. I doubt there's a statute of limitation in regard to the purchase of sexual services.
