I'm not surprised many women don't know how to orgasm... a lot of girls don't masturbate (it continuously blows my mind!) However, I think there's a difference between an orgasm and ejaculation. A lot of men and women derive a lot of psychological pleasure via sex and 'orgasm' but don't ejaculate in the physiological sense. Perception of pleasure has a lot to do with healthy sexuality...! Guys who premature ejaculate definitely don't orgasm, or women who ejaculate while being sexually assaulted definitely don't orgasm...!
