It does require a high comfort level - both with yourself and the other 2 parties. One of the things I enjoyed about it was watching my friend and her interact. Live porn! My experience would say that this is not the easiest thing to do well, so it is something that you might want to plan as an option and not the sole purpose of the encounter. It helps if the two guys are comfortable being nude with random people, neither guy freaks out if his fingers accidentally touch the other guy's body, and, for beginners, the bottom guy is having vaginal sex with the woman who is facing him. It becomes a no-brainer for the other guy. Once you've mastered this, the possibilities are endless. Given the opportunity, I'd happily be in there again.
