I have yet to want to venture off of this site. 

 Maybe this is a bad take. Absolutely no problem with someone “420 friendly” but when someone indicates “party friendly” also no reviews. Hard to be “party friendly” and reputable (assuming i know what that means)
I would say run don’t walk away. Opportunity cost of missing out on one of the greats with many good reviews is too high.

Yeah I usually find party friendly a red flag for me as well. You're 100% correct in what you assume party friendly is. I would say most often ❄️ but could be other stuff as well

This is a pretty good take I think.

 

The key being the lack of reviews or presence here combined with those things seems to always mean either trouble or scam.
